We are currently hiring across multiple areas including Retail, Café, Party Hosting, Coaching and Floor Supervision.
About the Role
As a Team Member at Rebound Arena Mandurah, you will help create fun and memorable experiences for our guests while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
Your responsibilities may include:
* Providing outstanding customer service
* Selling tickets, merchandise and retail products
* Hosting birthday parties and group events
* Preparing and serving café food and beverages
* Coaching trampoline, parkour or movement-based classes (for qualified applicants)
* Supervising the arena floor and ensuring safety standards are upheld
* Maintaining cleanliness and organisation across the venue
* Supporting team members to achieve daily operational goals
What We’re Looking For
* A positive, friendly and professional attitude
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
* Reliable and punctual
* Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
Desirable (depending on role):
* Dance, gymnastics, cheerleading or trampoline experience (for coaching roles)
* Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Provide First Aid
