Key Responsibilities
Marketing
* Support the development and delivery of the Racing & Owner Experience marketing strategy, contributing to planning, coordination and execution of short- and long-term initiatives, including owner engagement and marketing initiatives.
* Use subject matter expertise on racing and owner experience to inform targeted marketing activities, using customer insights and engagement data to optimise campaign performance, support decision‐making, and enhance the overall owner.
* Coordinate owner‐facing marketing and engagement initiatives across trainers, breeding partners and internal teams, ensuring consistent brand messaging and delivery of the MyRacehorse ownership experience.
Racing and Owner Updates
* Deliver a world‐class owner update and content experience by providing insightful and timely updates across our stable of horses, giving owners the inside word from the experts.
* Deliver a high‐quality owner communications and content experience by providing timely, engaging and informative updates across our stable of horses, supporting broader engagement and marketing objectives.
* Assist with managing the day‐to‐day relationships with our highly valued stables and partners to ensure we have a comprehensive, real‐time understanding of our horses' status, progress and future plans.
Raceday and Owner Experience
* Coordinate an engaging raceday experience, ensuring a strong on‐course presence and a seamless experience for owners and stakeholders.
* Execute our owner update strategy, ensuring high quality and frequency of horse updates to deliver an exciting and insightful ownership journey.
* Contribute to the ongoing evolution of experiential and event‐based engagement, supporting marketing initiatives and determining the optimal mix of activations for existing and prospective owners.
MyRacehorse Breeding Program
* Support delivery of the MyRacehorse breeding engagement program in partnership with Arrowfield Stud, contributing to owner communications and marketing initiatives across key breeding milestones.
* Track and communicate the performance and progression of the MyRacehorse stallion (Hitotsu) and associated progeny outcomes to support ongoing owner engagement.
* Cross‐Functional Collaboration & Innovation
* Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of owner engagement, communications and marketing initiatives across the business.
* Provide insights from owner interactions and engagement activity to inform marketing strategy, content and campaign effectiveness.
