About the Role
Blackpoint Cyber is expanding its global footprint, and we’re hiring our first Regional Sales Director to establish and scale our GTM presence in the APAC market. This is a founding sales leadership role where you’ll own revenue, develop growth strategy, and build pipeline generation for your region.
As a player‑coach, you’ll lead partner acquisition and pipeline creation, run full sales cycles, represent Blackpoint at key industry events, and build deep relationships across the Managed Service Provider (MSP) ecosystem. You’ll also be responsible for shaping the regional GTM strategy and influencing product and messaging through market feedback.
This is a high‑impact opportunity for an entrepreneurial leader eager to build, own, and grow a region in one of cybersecurity’s most dynamic markets.
What You’ll Do
- Own revenue targets, partner acquisition, and growth strategy in your region
- Build a scalable, partner‑led GTM motion aligned to local market dynamics
- Create and manage pipeline: from outbound prospecting to inbound follow‑up
- Run full‑cycle sales: discovery, technical collaboration, proposal, negotiation, and close
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineers to lead technical validation and win evaluations
- Represent Blackpoint at events and build relationships within MSP peer groups
- Align with marketing and GTM stakeholders to drive regional campaigns and event strategy
- Accurately forecast revenue and pipeline using CRM tools
- Provide market intelligence to influence HQ‑level product, GTM, and pricing strategy
What You’ll Bring
- 5–10+ years in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity sales with experience working in the MSP/channel partner ecosystem
- Demonstrated success in building and closing pipeline; proven quota attainment
- Track record of building out a region or vertical from scratch
- Excellent public speaking, partner‑facing, and presentation skills
- Based in Australia, you will support the APAC region
- Willing and able to travel for events, roadshows, and partner meetings - approximtely ~ 40%

- Regional pipeline growth and partner acquisition
- Qualified meeting volume and pipeline sourced
- Partner‑led revenue contribution
