We’re a modern community-focused club offering a relaxed local atmosphere, built around our vibrant Bistro, Bottle shop and Beer Garden —the heart of our venue. Open 7 days a week, we serve a generous menu featuring regularly rotating chef’s specials, backed by an extensive selection of draught beers, cocktails, and carefully curated drinks.
What you’ll be doing
* Providing prompt and friendly service to customers at our bar and gaming areas
* Preparing and serving a variety of beverages
* Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the club
* Assisting with the operation of our gaming facilities, including TAB and Keno operations
* Responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional manner
* Adhering to all relevant licensing, safety, and security protocols
* Bottle shop attendant: assisting customers with purchases, maintaining stock levels and store presentation
* Supporting the broader operations of the club as required
What we’re looking for
* Passion for providing excellent customer service
* Experience in a bar, gaming, or hospitality role (desirable but not essential)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
* Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
