De Martin & Gasparini, one of Australia's largest and most experienced concrete supply, pump and place subcontractors, with a 75-year history in the construction industry are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Cadet to join their Stapylton team. This role will require travel to sites in greater Brisbane area and Stapylton. This is a unique entry level opportunity to launch a rewarding career in construction with a household name. Under the guidance of a Construction Manager and assisting the Project Team, Cadets will have the opportunity to learn and develop in the following key areas:
Project supervision and delivery
Contract administration, QA activities and document management
Tendering and estimating.
During University semesters, Cadets are provided support and flexibility to attend face-to-face classes. This role provides a genuine pathway to progress to a Site Engineer, Contract Administrator, Project Engineer or Project Manager role in the future. DMG will also fund candidates through additional concrete and structure training courses if required.

What are we looking for?
Construction, Building or Engineering degree (ideally candidates in their penultimate year or a graduate)
6 to 12 months of experience within the building and construction industry is preferable
