Treetops Adventure joined the family in December 2021 and is scaling new heights, providing challenges for adventure seekers at all levels. Currently we have 16 locations around Australia. Treetops Adventures feature exciting and challenging obstacle courses high up in the tree canopy, that will have all the family swinging, leaping, climbing, and flying through the forest.

Join our team at Treetops Adventures in Dwellingup, WA, as a full-time Park Manager and help lead an unforgettable outdoor experience for our guests!

You are an experienced and confident manager who is bold, adventurous, and thrives on leading and motivating teams. You bring a proven leadership track record with strong people management skills and the ability to build, develop, and support high-performing teams in fast-paced operational environments.

You are highly capable in managing day-to-day business operations, including staff training, rostering, onboarding, and ongoing performance support. You have excellent verbal communication skills and are confident in enforcing safety standards and operational procedures to ensure a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for both guests and team members.

You hold a valid Working with Children Check, as well as current First Aid and CPR certifications (or the ability to obtain).

*Experience in hospitality/customer service operations is highly regarded*

Due to our continued success and growth, we are on the hunt for a Park Manager at our Dwellingup Park. You will be provided a great work life balance but will be available to work weekends and public holidays.

• Delivering outstanding customer service, including guest briefings and active supervision/monitoring of patrons
• Leading, managing, and enforcing safety standards for both guests and team members, including responding to emergencies and performing rescues when required
• Demonstrating an unwavering commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant workplace at all times
• Completing operational requirements including inspections, audits, and reporting documentation
• Carrying out minor maintenance tasks such as tightening bolts, general upkeep, and ensuring equipment/platforms are safe and level
• Leading end-to-end recruitment processes including interviewing, onboarding, training, and ensuring staff hold all required qualifications and competencies
• Maintaining a hands‐on operational presence, including the ability to safely lift loads of up to 15kg as required
