**The Person**:
- Sound knowledge of the dealerships operating systems
- Able to work autonomously and with limited supervision
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written, effective listening, good phone manner

**The Role**:
**Vehicle Repair and Maintenance**
- Perform and accurately record requested repairs to vehicles to the highest possible standard ensuring manufacturers guidelines are followed
- Always ensure all jobs are clocked on
- Inform and provide your supervisor of any additional repairs and parts required. Parts required should be completed on the "Parts Request Form"
- Maintain familiarity with all technical service bulletins and dealership products and services requesting assistance when required
- Report any damages to customer and/or stock vehicles
- Use seat and guard covers to protect vehicles
- Plan each job for maximum efficiency
- Ensure all your available hours (7.6 ordinary hours) are recorded via the time clock (productive and unproductive)
