About the role
We are seeking an experienced ICT Project Manager to lead the migration of our legacy Microsoft Dynamics Axapta **** system to Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
As Australia's only fully accredited secure card manufacturer, this role is critical in ensuring operational continuity, compliance, and transformation across highly secure and specialised manufacturing processes.
Key responsibilities
Lead the ERP migration from Axapta **** to D365 (FO & CE).
Work closely with internal teams, secure-production stakeholders, and external vendors to gather requirements and align delivery outcomes.
Map and translate secure card–manufacturing workflows into technical and functional designs.
Conduct gap analyses, risk assessments, workflow optimisation, and automation reviews.
Manage change, communication, UAT cycles, and user training across secure operational areas.
Oversee and support the Axapta **** legacy environment through transition, ensuring system stability and compliance.
About you
Qualifications and experience
Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline.
Minimum 2+ years' experience with Microsoft Dynamics Axapta **** (legacy system).
Experience working in a secure card-manufacturing environment or similarly regulated, high-security manufacturing operation is essential.
Understanding of workflows such as vault operations, secure warehousing, personalisation, pre-press, batch management, and compliance-driven controls.
Familiarity with PCI DSS, banking interfaces, government/agency integrations, and production-planning ISVs.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work confidently across technical and non-technical teams.
