About The Role
The Senior Project Officer will drive strategic marketing, communications, and event coordination in a cutting-edge virtual education environment that supports students across Queensland.
Key Responsibilities
* Promote and market the QVA to current and prospective partnership schools and stakeholders, including arranging visits and managing marketing data.
* Support strategic improvements by updating marketing and brand materials for QVA and partnership schools.
* Build strong relationships with Departmental Strategic, Communication and Engagement staff, industry partners, and the wider community to enhance the QVA's profile.
* Oversee procurement and maintenance of branded and marketing resources in line with government policies.
* Manage the marketing budget, monitor expenditure, and explore alternative income streams.
* Collaborate on and implement communication strategies using various media and event formats.
* Produce high-quality branding content and visual materials (e.g., newsletters, brochures, flyers) that align with the QVA's brand.
* Develop and apply standards and quality controls for digital marketing and online publications.
* Design and manage multi-channel communication systems and support data collection strategies across the partnership schools.
* Maintain and update intranet, website, and online event calendars with accurate and timely content.
