Description
As the Asset & Performance Lead, you'll be responsible for implementing and enhancing asset management systems, monitoring KPIs, and delivering insights that support continuous improvement and contractual compliance.
Key responsibilities
* Lead the implementation, governance, and optimisation of asset management systems.
* Monitor and analyse contract KPIs to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
* Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reporting tools to support decision-making.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure service delivery excellence.
* Support compliance with ISO 55000 principles and other relevant asset management standards.
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in asset and performance management.
What you'll bring
* Qualification in Asset Management or Data Analytics is desirable.
* Experience in asset management within road maintenance or a similar industry.
* Strong proficiency in asset management platforms and data tools (e.g. GIS, SQL).
* Experience developing and managing KPI frameworks and performance reporting.
