Role Summary
Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Storeperson Leading Hand will assist in overseeing a team and completing daily tasks such as picking and packing customer orders, RF scanning, forklift operation and processing order data into the Warehouse Management System. This role includes running shifts while the Supervisor is unavailable.
Roster
Monday – Friday – 6:00am to 4:30pm (inclusive 30‐minute lunch break)
Requirements
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Experience in a Team Leader style role or equivalent
- Ability to quickly learn in‐house software and IT systems
- Customer service skills – prior experience liaising with customers and handling enquiries is advantageous

- Forklift licence is essential
- Effective communication skills – both written and verbal
