The Role
* We have an opportunity for a values-driven person to join our After Hours Outreach program, working with individuals sleeping rough and/or experiencing chronic homelessness. The goal is to provide them with stable, long-term housing through a case management and assertive outreach approach. This will involve engaging clients within their community, promoting education and employment opportunities that foster meaningful change in their lives.
* The program focuses on best practices that ensure the best outcomes for our clients.
* Our team members work shifts from 6 AM - 12 PM Monday through Saturday, using a strengths-based framework while working closely together as they operate throughout various locations including parks, shopping centers, beaches and motels across town.
