A newly created position for an Administration Assistant to join and put your stamp on the role and make it your own. With the village set in five acres, based in Cromer, on the Northern Beaches, you'll be an integral part of the day-to-day operational running, supporting the Village Manager with all administrative related activity.
**About the role**:
Based at the forefront of the village at Reception, you'll support across a variety of administrative and customer service activity, liaising with a wide mix of audiences including residents, external visitors, and contractors, in this permanent, part-time role, Monday to Wednesday, 9.00am to 2.00pm or 9.30am to 2.30pm, (flexible to suit).
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- First point of contact for the Village, interacting with residents and greeting guests
- Providing a high level of customer care and attention, assisting residents with requests and general enquiries
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Village Manager such as processing invoices for suppliers and residents charges and accounts including distributing of monthly billing statements and any reporting and filing requirements
- Liaising and coordinating with the onsite Maintenance Officer, and external contractors, scheduling and booking all maintenance requirements
- Supporting with any other adhoc requirements
**About you**:
- Experience in frontline reception or in administration, open to industry background
- A calm and personable team player who naturally displays excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills and able to build strong trusting relationships
- Friendly disposition and empathy for the elderly
- Enjoy working in a team environment
- Approachable and flexible
- Strong time management and organisational skills together with the ability to prioritise
- Sufficient skills in Microsoft suite including Excel preferably and knowledge of SAP and SharePoint, though is not essential
