Key responsibilities include:
* Driving technical outcomes to meet customer objectives in close collaboration with sales teams
* Delivering live demonstrations that address business challenges, facilitating discovery sessions, workshops and proof-of-concepts
* Setting medium-term objectives to guide strategic engagements
* Leading major proofs of concept, workshops, and customer demonstrations
* Serving as a subject matter expert within the region, advising on software solutions
* Mentoring colleagues to enhance technical and strategic capabilities
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills, with a track record and experience in technical sales.
A strong understanding of cloud Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) technologies like Red Hat OpenShift or related experience with Kubernetes deployments is required.
Familiarity with Linux operating systems, preferably Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), virtualization technologies for application deployment and operations is necessary.
Additionally, experience with DevOps tools, methodologies and best practices, familiarity with information technology security technologies and cloud-native application security is desired.
