Greencross West Gosford is seeking an experienced veterinarian ready to step into a Veterinary Director role in a clinic known for its exceptional culture, collaborative care model, and strong community connections. The clinic operates a team‑centric primary care model where clients are supported by a consistent care team rather than a single clinician. Nurses play an active role in client education and follow‑up, supported by scribe technology to allow vets to focus on diagnosis, problem solving, and treatment planning. The clinic is working toward ISFM accreditation, reflecting a commitment to stress‑free, patient‑centred care and continuous improvement.
Your Leadership Role
* Lead and mentor a skilled, collaborative veterinary and nursing team
* Champion evidence‑based, preventative and best‑practice medicine

* Build strong, long‑term relationships with clients and the local community
You will be supported by Greencross regional leadership and operational teams, ensuring you have the backing needed to lead confidently and sustainably. Qualifications
* BVSc or DVM (or equivalent) eligible for registration in NSW
* Significant experience in small animal general practice
