**Key Accountabilities**
* Lead the development and implementation of pre-vocational medical education programs, aligning with national and state standards.
* Manage the Medical Education Unit's workforce, overseeing the delivery of high-quality training and education services.
* Engage with stakeholders, including employees, secondees, and honorary pre-vocational doctors, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
* Oversee research and development activities, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing evidence-based practices.
