Accounts Payable Officer
The Role: As an Accounts Payable Officer, you will be instrumental in the full administration of Accounts Payable functions. This role involves processing invoices, reviewing expenses, reconciling statements, and ensuring compliance with financial policies. You will also support broader Finance tasks, contributing to efficient operations and continuous process improvement within Auto & General.

Key Responsibilities:
* Process all supplier invoices accurately and efficiently.
* Review employee expense reimbursements and corporate credit card reconciliations.
* Handle supplier enquiries and reconcile supplier statements.
* Ensure strict compliance with policies and procedures to maintain high integrity.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounts payable processes.
* Assist with ad-hoc accounts tasks and project implementations for process enhancements.
* Support the preparation for annual external and internal audits.
* Assist with End of Financial Year close-off activities.
* Comply with all organisational Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) protocols.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounts payable role.
* Proven experience working in a large office environment.
* Solid understanding of GST requirements.
* Proficient and accurate data entry skills.
* Competent in MS Excel, MS Word, Gmail, and integrated financial software packages.
* Experience with Finance One and Concur is desirable.
* Demonstrated experience with large volume processing.
* Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and self-management skills.
* Ability to take responsibility, work effectively in a team, and possess logical and organised thinking.
* Comfortable working with a diverse range of people.
