Our opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for an Activations Assistant to join our Melbourne team. You will support the asset and marketing team to deliver an exemplar customer experience across our assets through programs, activations, and events.

**Your responsibilities are but not limited to**:
Contribute to meeting the objectives of the Strategic Asset Plan for the assets through the development and delivery of the National programs, creating a positive and consistent experience for customers
Provide support and co-ordinate smooth delivery of the bespoke asset-specific activations program that respond to customer demand, customer feedback, leasing risk and onsite capex upgrade works
Support asset team to build rapport and relationships through open communication with key customers and retailers through intel and feedback
Ensure all forms of feedback capturing tools are mobilised for each campaign
Work with Asset Management teams to drive positive NPS outcomes and responses
Ensure the coordination of each event is delivered within budget
Support Mirvac customers through the delivery of the national program and bespoke activities
Support in delivering measurable positive social and environmental impact
Assist to deliver Activations that support and respond to Partnership opportunities
Responsible for ensuring consistent delivery which is representative of the Mirvac brand
Support and co-ordinate to ensure smooth and flawless delivery of all national programs and bespoke activations

Your point of difference

To be successful you will hold tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, or event management with moderate experience in activations or events management.

Previous experience in property/real estate, managing third party agencies and stakeholder management is desirable.

Strong communication, organisation, interpersonal and negotiation skills is highly regarded. As well having the ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Finally, you will be a self-motivated individual who has the ability to problem solve, think strategically and adapt to change.
