Casual Cook – Driftwood Restaurant Rivershore Holidays
Reporting to the Venue Manager, you will play a key role in our kitchen operations, supporting daily service, maintaining high food standards, and helping us deliver exceptional experiences for our guests and residents, all while having fun along the way.
In this Role, You'll
* Oversee daily food preparation, cooking, presentation and overall kitchen quality.
* Manage stock, ordering, daily prep and inspect all incoming produce.
* Maintain strict food safety, cleanliness and kitchen standards.
* Minimise waste and ensure freshness through efficient use of ingredients.
* Support team and operational needs, stepping into additional duties when required.
