We're looking for a dedicated and motivated Assistant Director to join our well-established, community-connected 75-place centre.
• Thrive in a leadership role that offers the perfect balance of operational support, team mentoring, and pedagogical leadership.
• Full-time role within operating hours of 6:15am – 6:15pm, Monday to Friday.
• Work alongside with the Centre Director in a centre with 91.1% occupancy year to date – a reflection of our trusted reputation and strong community ties.
• Support the Key Educator Approach, helping to nurture deep, consistent relationships with children and their families.
• Be inspired by our centre vision: "Together as a family, for children" – a warm, respectful, and inclusive culture for educators, children, and families alike.

If you have previous experience as an Assistant Director or in a centre leadership position, or similar, then we'd love to talk to you about which of our amazing opportunities would be the best fit for you.
You'll need:
• Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
• Current QLD Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
• Willing to undergo a Police Check
