We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Counter Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serving customers with a wide range of building materials.
* Ordering stock and merchandising the shop.
* Negotiating prices.
* Providing backup support answering the telephone in the sales office.
* Taking orders and responding to customer queries.
Requirements:
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to use Microsoft Windows.
* Knowledge of building industry products is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
