Life Fitness Australia is on the lookout for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join the team in a part-time (4 day/week) role. This position offers the opportunity to support a diverse range of marketing and communications initiatives, to help drive the growth and success of the Life Fitness portfolio of brands in Australia.Key responsibilities include:Event Planning and Execution– Plan, coordinate and execute staff functions, corporate events and national trade exhibitions. Manage logistics, vendors, schedules and budgets to deliver seamless events from start to finish.Content Creation– Source engaging content for digital channels, including web, social media and e-newsletters. Work with internal teams and customers to develop stories, schedule shoots and align with brand messaging.E-Commerce & Online Stock Management– Oversee the daily processing of online orders and ensure product listings are up to date. Maintain stock content, specs, images and weekly stock lists across platforms.Digital AssetMaintenance– Manage and maintain the brand’s digital asset library. Distribute approved assets to internal teams and customers as needed. Coordinate the creation of new materials when necessary.Merchandise & Uniform Management–Manage inventory. Coordinate timely deliveries. Source cost-effective, on-brand options for new stock.CRM & Email Marketing– Maintain CRM data and execute workflows using marketing automation tools.
