Heavy Vehicle Maintenance Technician Role
We are seeking a skilled Heavy Vehicle Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Heavy Vehicle Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing vehicles and plant machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on heavy vehicle road transport and plant
* Ensure all equipment is kept in peak working condition to support operations
Requirements:
* Base Trade qualification (AQF3) in either Heavy Duty Mechanics, Auto Electrics, Mechanical Fitter or Welding
* High Risk licence class Forklift
* Valid WA 'HR' and/or 'HC' Driver's License (as required)
* Relevant Network Authorisation including Basic Emergency Life Support (must be obtained within the first month of employment)
* Demonstrated industry experience as a Heavy Vehicle Maintenance Technician
* Combination of Hydraulics, Electrics or Welding skills with a demonstrated technical experience/ability to 35 Fleet Competency points above Base Trade level
* Intermediate Written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work in a team environment
