Required Skills & Experience:
* At least 2 years in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR consulting with a track record of hiring across diverse industries.
* Expert-level probing and interviewing skills to unearth intrinsic motivations and transferable capabilities.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
