We are looking to engage a skilled Organisational Change Manager to join our Federal Government client seeking a full time role.
Our client is currently looking for a Organisational Change Manager to join their team on a long term engagement.
Australian Citizens with Top Security Positive Vetting security clearance will be required for this role.
In this pivotal role, you will drive change management activities for a large-scale transformational program of work. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of change strategies that support technology initiatives, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Core Requirements:
* Security Clearance: Applicants must hold a current Positive Vetting (PV) clearance.
* Sector Experience: Experience driving change management within complex technology-driven environments is essential.
* Professional Tenure: A minimum of 5+ years of dedicated experience in organisational change management.
* Methodological Expertise: Proven ability to apply structured change frameworks, specifically Prosci or ADKAR .
* Stakeholder Management: Strong capability to influence and build relationships at all levels, including coaching leaders through transitions.
* Strategic Communication: Excellence in developing clear messaging and managing communication programs for major initiatives.
