About This Role
This is a full-time permanent position that requires 35 hours of work per week, based in Dubbone with some travel across the area. As a Caseworker you will play a key role in supporting the safety and well-being of children and young people.
Your primary focus will be on coordinating care for children and young people who are in out-of-home care, with a strong emphasis on finding them stable and loving homes where they can thrive. You will develop relationships with carers, birth families, and extended guardians to ensure lifelong connections are made.
* You will coordinate regular home visits, informal visits, appointments, and family time to support positive outcomes for these vulnerable individuals.
