**About your new role**
As our Product and Marketing Analyst your main responsibility will be analyzing Gaming, Customer, Marketing Loyalty performance data, as well as Patron Risk Data and providing insights to senior management. This position can be based in Sydney, Brisbane or the Gold Coast.
**Key responsibilities in the role are but not limited to**:
- Analyzing Gaming performance data to respond to queries in a timely manner and create insights on performance that enable senior managers to make strategic decisions.
- Supporting the development of standardised performance dashboards.
- Mine and analyse data from Group databases and develop custom data models to allow senior managers to make decisions on how to increase revenue generation, optimise customer experiences and achieve other business outcomes.
- Provide analytics support for planning, budgeting and forecasting.
- Develop insights to illuminate thinking and allow senior managers to drive enhancements for future campaign performance, program design and ROI.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:
- Previous experience in an analytics role with strong numerical and analytical problem-solving skills are highly regarded.
- Proven experience with SQL.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Proven experience with Power BI or a similar programme is desirable.
- The ability to interpret data and information and provide audit reports and analysis on the business.
- Experience with Azure Data Platform/ Databricks is preferred.
- A tertiary qualification in business, mathematics or a similar discipline is highly regarded.
