KEY SELECTION CRITERIA VIT approved teaching qualification relevant to the subject area and/or Year levels. Demonstrated educational teaching experience within the relevant subject area and/or Year levels. Experience and knowledge of individual academic learning programmes for students with diverse abilities and needs. Ability to demonstrate and authentically promote Ballarat Grammar’s values. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to display compassion. A proven ability to work effectively, constructively and collaboratively within a team.
