Job Title: Professional Engineer
Aircraft tooling and GSE asset management requires a high degree of technical expertise. We seek an experienced Professional Engineer to lead our client's strategic tooling asset management program.
This is a dynamic opportunity that involves influencing the full lifecycle of aircraft tooling assets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as design and specification authority for aircraft tooling.
* Manage maintenance tasks, repair, and modification programs.
* Ensure compliance with Australian and international standards.
* Liaise with OEMs to manage tooling maintenance life.
* Lead engineering investigations and failure analysis for tooling issues.
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
* Experience in asset management and maintenance under ISO 55000.
* Understanding of Australian Standards, WHS, and Safety in Design.
* Proficiency in CAD and FEA software.
* Proven experience managing engineering projects in high-pressure environments.
