The ideal candidate will hold a Degree in Speech Pathology and have some experience in a disability caseload.
Eligible for registration with Speech Pathology Australia is also required. A current Drivers license & reliable vehicle, as well as a current Blue Card clearance are mandatory requirements.
A key attribute of the successful applicant will be motivation to work inclusively with children and families. Good interpersonal team skills, ability for independent problem solving and quality reflective practice are essential qualities for this role.

About the Role
This position offers a primarily paediatric caseload working across various settings including clinic, schools, early childhood centres, homes and/or telehealth. The successful applicant will have access to a well-stocked equipment store, resourcing and assessments, to ensure they have all the tools needed to complete their job effectively.
Main Responsibilities
1. Carry out a range of assessment and intervention services, including single discipline and multi-disciplinary case management.
2. Gain experience in complex and specialised support services, particularly in the area of AAC and feeding therapy.
3. Have opportunities for career progression in clinical and leadership roles, supported by an internal emerging leadership program.
