Key Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Performance and Data Analyst to join our team. As a Performance and Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer experience post-settlement.
You will be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements using structured tools and methodologies, championing customer needs, and supporting team development through knowledge sharing and coaching.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in the financial services industry
* Knowledge of regulatory environment
* Tertiary qualification in Business, IT or Data & Analysis
* Experience with Alteryx would be a great advantage but someone with high level of Excel knowledge is a minimum
* Desirable skills include Tableau / Power BI, Power Automate, Qualtrics/MS Dynamics
* Strong analytical skills including proficiency in statistical analysis and data interpretation
* Proven problem-solving skills with ability to tackle complex challenges and develop innovative solutions
* Understanding of workflow analysis and lean management principles
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Skills in managing projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring
