Your Role
* Design and execute performance, load, and stress tests to ensure applications scale reliably under real‐world conditions.
* Analyze system behaviour, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate with teams to optimize performance and stability.
* Develop comprehensive performance test strategies based on project requirements.
* Define NFRs, design and implement performance test scenarios including load, stress, endurance and scalability tests.
* Develop and maintain performance test scripts using LoadRunner and K6.
* Execute performance tests and monitor application behaviour under load.
* Analyze test results to identify performance bottlenecks, including issues related to application code and database queries, memory leaks, network latency or server performance.
* Provide testing leadership for small‐to‐medium initiatives, or for components of the scope of a large project.
* Provide technical leadership and mentor the testing team.
* Drive outcomes with stakeholders in a collaborative manner.
* Assess and manage risks associated with performance issues and prioritize them based on business impacts.
* Regularly report to stakeholders on all aspects of testing delivery.
* Contribute to broader continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.
* Own the defect management process for assigned scope/project(s).
Your Profile
* 5+ years experience in performance engineering/technical leadership.
* Hands‐on experience in cloud computing platforms such as AWS/GCP is highly desirable.
* Hands‐on experience in monitoring tools such as New Relic, Dynatrace and Splunk is highly desirable.
* Strong technical skills in one or more of CI/CD, SQL, middleware, AWS, GCP and/or messaging systems.
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills with stakeholders at various levels.
