About the Role
As a commercial property specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, listing, selling and leasing of commercial properties across Geelong and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
* Negotiate property transactions from start to finish
* Cultivate strong relationships with key account clients and maintain a high presence in the marketplace
* Deliver market knowledge and advice to clients
* Coordinate marketing efforts including signboards, brochures, advertising and videos.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and maintain a high presence in the marketplace
* Conduct inspections and all other duties associated with listing and selling/leasing a commercial property
Required Skills and Qualifications
* You are a commercially astute professional
* Entrepreneurial with B2B experience
* Excellent communicator able to converse with diverse stakeholders
* Will to learn and ambition to grow
* Current Real Estate License or Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate or willingness to study to become a certified agent
