Planning Specialist, Parts Supply Planning

What you'll do
* Acts as spare parts expert between OEM suppliers and customers. Coordinates the spare parts order and warehouse operation issues.
* New parts project management, including parts for new car model, new supersession relation parts. Collecting all necessary information and transfer to Planning specialist for implementation.
* Oversee the setup and execution of a new projects a such as warehouse 3PL, partnerships ensuring a smooth transition and integration with all operating systems (DMS/WMS/MDS).
* Manage the lifecycle of special parts, and maintain system records or manual registrations for those with replacement solutions and mornitor weekly sales BO order.
* Masterdata management for oversea and local parts, including HS code, dimension, Supersession relationship, etc into relative operation systems.
* Maintain inbound and outbound order lead times.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to overhaul and align the Parts price structures & strategy (AUS/NZ),
* Coordinate with regional parts specialist to complement continuous improvement for warehouse and transportion.
* Assist in the maintenance of strong relationships with all supplier's business partners to ensure seamless operations.
What you'll bring
* Experience in supply planning, demand planning or inventory analysis
* Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills
* Experience working with DMS, WMS, ERP or similar operational systems
* Ability to manage competing priorities, urgent orders and backorder resolution
* Detail oriented working style with strong compliance awareness

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
Education:
* Bachelor Degree (Preferred)
Experience:
* Logistics Planning: 1 year (Preferred)
