About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Store Person to join our team at SHV Wholesalers. This is a full-time role that will be responsible for the efficient and organised management of our warehouse operations.
What you'll be doing
* Receiving, storing, and dispatching a variety of fresh produce
* Packing, labelling, and preparing orders for delivery
* Operating forklift and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively
* Assisting with the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles
* Ensuring the warehouse is kept clean, tidy, and well-organised
* Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
What we're looking for
* Proven experience in a warehousing or stores role, preferably within the fresh produce industry
* Strong time management skills with the ability to work efficiently and accurately
* Forklift license and experience operating warehouse equipment
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* A team-oriented approach and the ability to work collaboratively
* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
