The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Account Manager with a strong hunter mentality to drive growth in the commercial roofing market. This role is all about winning new business, expanding market share, and converting opportunities into profitable outcomes within a highly competitive sector.
You'll be responsible for identifying, targeting, and securing new commercial projects while also growing and diversifying an existing portfolio. Working closely with internal teams and industry partners, you'll position CSR's commercial roofing solutions as the supplier of choice across key customers, major projects, and specification channels.

Key Responsibilities
* Execute agreed sales strategy and deliver revenue and growth targets.
* Proactively hunt, identify, and convert new commercial roofing opportunities.
* Manage budgets to achieve profitable growth outcomes.
* Own and grow your sales portfolio using consultative selling and strong account discipline.
* Act as the primary customer contact, building strong relationships and resolving issues quickly.
* Partner cross‐functionally to deliver integrated commercial roofing solutions.
* Leverage market intelligence, competitor insights, and product advancements to win work.
* Use data and analytics to monitor performance, identify risks, and unlock opportunities.
* Prepare proposals, negotiate, and close deals while protecting value and margins.
* Maintain accurate CRM records, account plans, and call cycles in line with CSR sales processes.
About You
* Proven experience as an Account Manager or BDM, ideally in commercial roofing, construction, or building products.
* Strong hunter mindset with a passion for new business development and closing deals.
* Commercially astute with a solid understanding of market dynamics and project pipelines.
* Results‐driven, resilient, and adaptable in a competitive environment.
* Confident using CRM systems, Excel, and sales data to drive outcomes.
* Excellent communicator able to influence customers and internal stakeholders.
* Skilled negotiator with strong problem‐solving and decision‐making capability.
* Highly organised, able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
