What you will do As executive assistant, you will support senior leaders with daily office work. You will help keep the office organised, timely and responsive. You will: * provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to senior leaders * manage busy diaries, screen calls and respond to urgent enquiries * prepare clear reports, briefs and meeting papers for committees * coordinate meetings, travel and events with careful planning and follow-up * maintain accurate records and systems while supporting efficient office processes. About you You do not need a formal qualification. Relevant experience in a similar role or government setting is highly regarded. You should also have: * strong administrative skills and knowledge of office systems * good communication skills with clear and simple language * proven problem-solving skills and sound judgement * confidence using digital tools and supporting others to use them * proficient in the use of the Office 365 suite, including but not limited to Outlook, SharePoint and MS Teams To learn even more about this role, please read the position description.
