About Our Inventory Management Role
We are seeking an experienced inventory management professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of inventory transactions and stock levels, investigating discrepancies, and documenting stock transfers, returns, and adjustments.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices, including the ability to issue, return, and enter stock data into our Inventory Management System. They will also be responsible for accepting deliveries, loading/unloading parts and consumables for freight, and ensuring safe and efficient inventory storage.
In addition, the successful candidate will conduct regular inspections of working areas to ensure safe operations and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. They will also establish minimum/maximum stock levels for efficient inventory management and raise and receipt purchase orders in accordance with our site policy.
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
* Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar stores/inventory role, with experience in mining or heavy industrial environments preferred.
* Qualifications: Current C Class Manual Western Australian Drivers Licence, National Police Clearance (desirable).
