You’ll manage the flow of communication across the organisation, respond to enquiries with professionalism and empathy and ensure critical information is recorded accurately and handled with care. You’ll support the coordination of volunteer onboarding and training, organise logistics behind the scenes and help maintain a calm, structured environment in what can often be emotionally charged circumstances.
