Our focus is on providing exceptional care for the elderly. As an Enrolled Nurse, you'll play a vital role in ensuring their well‐being, comfort, and safety. Utilize your skills in medication administration, wound care, and other specialized areas to make a meaningful difference in their lives.
Essential skills and competencies:
* Teamwork with colleagues
* Friendly and positive personality
* Clinical care - medication rounds, wounds care etc.
* Liaising with visiting GP's and allied health providers
* Lead and supervise as required Carers (with some personal care duties with the team where required)
* Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills
* Bachelor of Nursing
* Computer and documentation skills
* Demonstrated practice of Hygiene and Safety practices in aged care
* Current police check
* Evidence of Seasonal Influenza Vaccine
* Evidence of COVID vaccination
Desirable Experience and Qualifications:
* Work experience of 2 years in Age Care.
* A good understanding of the Aged Care Standards, accreditation and ACFI requirements
* An understanding of continuous improvement and OH&S.
