Automation Transformation Expert
We're seeking an expert in automation to join our team and help transform business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process discovery, process mining, process orchestration, automation solutions, and AI technologies.
About the Role
In this role, you'll be responsible for working closely with sales teams to generate revenue through technical ownership of opportunity pursuits throughout the sales cycle. You'll need to possess a winning combination of technical and business skills, as well as the ability to present and demonstrate our solutions to a broad spectrum of audiences, while building strong relationships and handling technical objections and issues throughout the entire sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
* Participate in account strategy planning with the sales team.
* Work closely with the sales team to qualify opportunities and prioritize accordingly.
* Lead end-to-end presales activities and create strong value propositions.
* Perform tailored, high-level demos demonstrating business value.
* Ensure delivery of strong RFXs, contextualized demos, and powerful PoVs.
* Design solutions to fit client needs and environment during the sales process.
* Resolve client concerns around technical capabilities, information security, and platform architecture during the sales process.
* Be an evangelist of UiPath automation solutions by identifying customer needs and showcasing the best solution.
* Develop solution architectures for customers for secure on-prem, hybrid, and public cloud implementations of the UiPath platform.
* Learn the benefits of new and exciting technologies and how to integrate with UiPath.
* Work closely with the Customer Success and Professional Services teams to make the solution a reality for the customer.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a good balance of technical, business, and sales skills. You'll also need to have:
* A demonstrable track record in a client-facing presales/sales engineering/solution architect position at enterprise level.
* Strong communication, discovery, and interpersonal skills with proven experience building strong internal and external relationships.
* Experience in process discovery, process mining, process orchestration, automation solutions, and AI technologies.
* UiPath platform knowledge is a plus.
* SAP knowledge is a plus.
* Solid understanding of cloud and virtualization technology.
* Driven approach with a solution selling mindset.
* Self-motivated, proactive approach with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption.
* Team player attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Willing to travel.
* Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory.
