Business Analyst/Senior Business Analyst
The Fair Work Ombudsman is seeking highly motivated and experienced Business Analysts to join the Office of the Fair Work Ombudsman's Regulatory Transformation Group.
About the Role
We are looking for individuals who can lead the delivery of cross-functional workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into functional specifications for delivery. You will conduct gap analyses between current and future states to identify opportunities for improvement through business or ICT changes, and develop strategies through improved data utilisation, technology adoption, and automation.
Key Responsibilities
* Leading cross-functional workshops to gather requirements and translate business needs into functional specifications for delivery
* Conducting gap analyses to identify opportunities for improvement
* Developing strategies through improved data utilisation, technology adoption, and automation
* Preparing high quality reports and visualisations
* Identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to inform strategic decision making
Selection Criteria
* Expert stakeholder engagement skills
* Demonstrated experience in business analysis, research, and process improvement
* Sound knowledge in business process improvement and analytical skills
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
