Gary Rolfe Solicitors is a well-regarded, dynamic and progressive long-standing Caboolture based Law Firm. We are seeking a motivated and passionate person to undertake the extremely interesting and diverse role of Administration Assistant in our fast-paced legal office. Our legal work targets specific areas of law (primarily Family Law, Criminal Law, Domestic Violence and Child Protection matters).

This role offers exciting opportunities and would be ideal for someone who wishes to gain experience in a legal administrative role, working in a fast paced friendly and professional environment.

The successful candidate must possess:

* An intelligent and inquisitive mind with a strong attention to detail,
* Office experience (Legal office preferred) - or ability and desire to learn quickly,
* Strong computer skills,
* High level literacy skills,
* A passion to learn legal concepts, procedures and skills,
* Excellent client interaction skills,
* Excellent organisational skills,
* The ability to work autonomously and within a team,
* A driver licence,
* Neat and professional presentation,
* A friendly and approachable nature,
* A strong work ethic,
* Punctuality, and
* An honest disposition.

Your duties will initially involve general administrative duties including client interaction, answering phones, typing, direct communication with relevant stakeholders, filing and other duties as may be required. However, this is an exciting opportunity for the right applicant who possesses a passion to learn ongoing administrative skills and legal concepts. You will also hold a true desire directed towards becoming an integral and pivotal part of our dedicated Legal team.

This position would be suitable for an excited and truly motivated applicant, including mature age applicants. The right applicant is encouraged to apply even if they do not currently possess work-place experience. All on-going training with respect to your required duties will be provided in-house by our experienced staff.

Pay rates, conditions and benefits are in accordance with the Legal Services Award. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm. Working overtime or on weekends is not required or expected.
