To be successful you must have the following:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering commercial building projects
* Experience delivering projects in the $5M–$10M range preferred
* Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and site coordination
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Solid understanding of WHS, QA, and construction standards
* Ability to manage programme and drive productivity on site
* Trade or construction qualification highly regarded
