What You’ll Do
SIXT Australia is on the lookout for a Permanent Full time Customer Experience Agent dual role to join the team our Hobart Airport and City location.
As a Customer Experience Agent, you will provide exceptional customer service, create and act upon opportunities to make sales and complete vehicle rentals for SIXT Australia following a set of guidelines and procedures. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Opening and closing rental agreements
2. Selling additional over the counter rental products
3. Managing reservations
4. Ensuring vehicles are cleaned and presented to the correct standard, ready for the next customer
5. Inspecting and recording vehicle damage
6. Delivering vehicles between sites
7. Maintaining a clean and safe working area
What You’ll Bring
8. Exceptional customer service skills and/or experience
9. Enthusiastic and driven individual who strives to exceed targets
10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
11. Flexibility to work on a rotating shift roster including weekends and public holidays
12. Current unrestricted Provisional or Full Driver's Licence
13. Full working rights in Australia
All successful applicants will be required to complete a National Criminal History Check and a pre-employment medical check, including drug and alcohol screening.
