We are currently seeking an experienced accounts professional to manage our accounts division based out of Parramatta.
The Role
* Manage the entire accounts payable and receivable process;
* Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations;
* Generate and send remittance advice and debtor chasing;
* Ensure accurate data entry in systems;
* Liaise with clients to ensure prompt payment;
* Making relevant queries on invoices or accounts and coordinating online or phone payments as required.
About You:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role is desired;
* Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving;
* Mature-minded, team attitude, and ability to work independently;
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal);
* Demonstrated skills in working with Microsoft Office programs.
