• Work with clients and lead Avanade delivery teams in planning, designing, building, testing and maintaining Customer Engagement (CE) solutions
• Liaise effectively between customers, IT staff and business partners to ensure high quality and timely resolution of customer issues
* Design conceptual architecture and technical solutions
* Client management skills and the ability to work with customers to develop and manage an action plan
• Consulting with external clients on complex projects, including in leadership roles
• Working with global teams on CE technology implementation and maintenance projects
Other desired skills include:
• Experience implementing integrations with modern cloud integration patterns & technologies (Azure Integration Services, i.e. Logic Apps, Function Apps, Message Bus, etc.)
• Client programming (JavaScript/TypsScript, PCF controls) and server-side programming (.NET, C# or )
• Development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
