Contract Opportunities | Immediate Start | Onsite Support
We are seeking Level 1 Desktop Support Engineers to join our client's IT support team on a contract basis, providing essential first-level support across our Adelaide and Cairns offices.
Role Locations & Duration
* Adelaide –
* Start: ASAP
* End: January 2026 (limited extension potential)
* Office: Adelaide, SA 5000
* Cairns –
* Start: 6 October 2025
* End: 19 November 2025 (Short contract)
* Office: Cairns, QLD 4870
Key Responsibilities
* Provide 1st level IT support (phone-based and face-to-face).
* Troubleshoot desktop, hardware, email, and Windows OS issues.
* Create new user accounts and set up devices/workstations for new employees.
Skills & Experience
* Demonstrated experience in Level 1 IT support.
* Knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft technology stack.
* Familiarity with M365 services.
* Experience with file and print server troubleshooting.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Contract Details
* Budget: Market rate
* Working Arrangements: 3–4 days in the office.
* Hours: Up to 8 hours per day.
