We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Team Leader – Engineering.
This position involves leading and managing an engineering team tasked with designing, developing, integrating, and delivering complex communication system solutions.
The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in a professional engineering role, with relevant experience in an engineering, procurement, and construction contracting environment.
They must also possess strong leadership skills, as well as excellent organizational and prioritization abilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical direction, oversight, and assurance to ensure that all engineering solutions meet high standards and comply with legislative requirements.

Requirements:

* Significant understanding of the engineering design, development, and execution process
* Practical, hands-on approach with exposure to test and workshop build environments
