Production Coordinator Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Production Coordinator to join our team.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in coordinating production activities, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Purchase and Inventory Management: Timely and accurate purchase of stocked & non-stocked items, review of minimum/maximum levels.
* Manufacturing Coordination: Perform work to meet manufacturing time frames for customer and project due dates.
* Supplier Relations: Monitor supplier concerns, contact and resolve, or further escalate to team if required.
* Workflow Optimization: Assist in coordinating workflow to optimise production efficiency.
Requirements:
* Manufacturing Experience: Has previous experience or a strong interest in a manufacturing or production environment.
* Administrative Skills: Possesses a strong administrative and customer service background.
* Technical Skills: Demonstrates excellent computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
* Communication Skills: Excels in written and verbal communication.
* Problem-Solving Skills: Maintains high levels of accuracy, attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
